Cortney is a Senior at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy – she’s a Volleyball and Soccer player as you can see from the newly added sports themed photos. We had the sports stuff rained out first time around. I had a ton of fun working with Cortney. She tore it up as a natural ! Cortney – Thanks for pushing thru after your crazy volleyball practices started! special thanks to Matt Hagedorn for his assistance on this shoot. Papa Beadle (Mark) pictched in as well. The Gym shoot was intense!

I think I’ve decided that this is one of my most favorite Senior photos OF ALL TIME from me!

Brian and Stacy go way back with Heidi and I – back to the days when we used to head up Casas’ college group known as the “kollectiv” with now pastor Kev. I know they met back then – it must have been the start of the relationship, however it’s been a few years since then. Their wedding was my first (of many I hope) in the Barrier Chapel – and it was alot of fun to work with so many people I knew beforhand. Hope you enjoy these. Special thanks to all the help I had on this wedding. Second shooters Elyse Wheeland, Jonathan Puente – and Shannon Morgenstern ran the photobooth. I couldn’t have done it without you all. thanks

Will and Cat originally contacted me for a wedding that would be in early september – we did an awesome engagement session in Saguaro National park east back in Jan – they had some life situations change their timeline and we did a short little 3 hour coverage for their small ceremony. I think I still got some great great stuff – and 2 of my best details yet ! Will and Cat had all of their kids involved and such it was fun to see the blending of these two families. God Bless you both guys and here’s to a happy new life together!

Teri works at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy – so there was no shortage of exposure to the awesomeness of Travis Williams (HA…) – she knew where to come for some cool, on-location, unique family portraits. Her Husband Hans and the kids were billed as the “most fun family ever” – and I’ll admit it was a great time and we had great weather. It’s fun to escape the Tucson heat with a run up to 8,000 feet elevation. Thanks guys for a rip-roaring time! Super big thanks to Taryn Todd – for coming out to assist on this shoot.

I love this next one – with dad forward and arms crossed – he seems so in charge of things !

Bryan (Class of 2010 – IRHS) – what was most impressive about Bryan is what he has choosen to invest his life and spare time into. Not your run of the mill High Schooler, Bryan is super involved in community related give backs. From his time in Boy Scouts (now an Eagle Scout) – to his expansive involvement in student leadership and “Relay for Life” events – Bryan has given of himself to some great causes. Bryan’s passion is in the Pit Percussion on Marching Band – called “Vanguard” ! Bryan’s instrument of choice: the “Marimba” – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marimba – the sound is rich and rhythmic ! Unlike anything I’ve heard before. Mega big thanks to Matt Hagadorn (Class of ‘04 IRHS) for his assistance on this shoot – excellent work bro!

this next one has to be my favorite – this is the “marimba” in all it’s glory and Bryan rocks on this thing!

this next one was almost an accident – the flash didn’t fire – and then I looked at it closer and saw how cool the reflection on the keys looked. it’s a keeper!
