Caroline Herrera isn’t just “one of a kind” , she’s one in a million. Caroline has a passion for life that is evident from the moment you meet her. Her friends have said she’s loud, boisterous, caring, mothering and fiesty. Caroline’s dad Bill was quick to add “upfront, compassionate and sensitive” to words he’d use to describe her. Caroline is a senior over at Pusch Ridge Christian Academy and says her favorite memories of high school revolve around Spirit week each year. Managing the 2008-2009 Baseball state championship team her sophomore year was outstanding. Spending time with 9 other gals from the class of 2011 on their famous “girls night out” adventures she’ll never forget ! Caroline’s love for soccer is a family affair. Caroline plays soccer for PRCA along with club teams year round, and she even completes in teams with her parents. Caroline also enjoys painting, sketching and is highly involved in missions trips at her church. Next up for Caroline is to attend East Carolina University in North Carolina. She plans on majoring in Athletic training (a role she’s been involved in with the PRCA football team this final year). Thanks Caroline for opening up your world to us for the day! I wish you all the best for your next step! Major props to Caroline & her mom Deneena as they endured what has by far been my coldest photoshoot of the year, with little to no complaining. Appreciate you guys!

Taylor Williams is super cool… and not just cause her last name is Williams ! Taylor has been described best by close friends as Quirky, Goofy yet incredibly charming. Taylor has a passionate love for animals.. with 3 dogs of her own she also care takes/nanny’s for a gal that has 15 dogs. Yes you read that right.. I said 15. To hear Taylor talk about those dogs and her own… it’s no wonder that she’s going to be majoring in Biology choosing to find a career as a Vet-tech or something else related to working with animals that will fit her like a glove. Taylor also has a love for Harry Potter (movies & books) – she had already purchased her tickets for the midnight showing of the most recent installment in the franchise which was nearly a week in advance the night we met to talk about her Senior Portrait session. This fact only partly describes her passion/obsession with Harry Potter – she watched all the others before the newest one in a marathon that was 15.06 hours of movies. Taylor I know you’ll do great at the University of Arizona and I know you passion for animals will put you on a career path to make a difference in the animal kingdom. Best of Luck to you !

Mattie Fowler has been described as: witty, bright and a bit of a math wiz ! I asked her if she “loved” math… she brushed it off and said “not really..I guess I’m just good at it !” – her approach to math is NOTHING like her approach to Softball. Mattie comes from a championship pedigree of Softball players from her mom to her sister. Mattie plays short stop on Canyon Del Oro’s State champion Softball team. A breakout star on a star studded team Mattie has already signed a letter of intent to join the Nebraska Cornhuskers to play division 1 Softball. Wasting no time in the big time Mattie’s Huskers’ will play the Arizona Wildcats in 2011-2012 in which Mattie will face her older sister’s pitching as an opponent for the first time. Mamma Fowler will be decked out in both Husker Red & Wildcat Blue, and a sight to see she’ll be. Disciplined, Driven & focused it’s sure to be an upbringing by her parents that has helped Mattie develop into the strong and stately woman she’s become. Mattie’s mom has been a softball coach of hers from the beginning and continued into High School. Mattie, I can’t wait to see what greatness you encounter in your life at the next level ! Godspeed & best of luck !
