Zac & Desirae got married, and I had a camera there. An old business contact friend of mine named Jennifer referred her good friend Desirae to me. Zac serves in the Army for our country – it’s a good idea to thank him for his service. We had a great time starting out the day with portraits and fun over at Rancho Valle Milagro after I pulled a few strings to get us a nice location off site. After our pre-photos we made the short trek over to the Sunrise Chapel for the ceremony and reception to follow. This was the rare and only monday wedding i’ve shot to date. Zac – again thanks for your service and for your flexibility on your wedding day. It was a pleasure working with you and Desirea and great seeing Pastor Dave Swift again. I wish you guys the best in your journey together. Special thanks to Lynn of Ranch Valle Milagro for allowing us to shoot onlocation. I have to thank Sarah Trainor who came as my 2nd shooter for the ceremony and reception, fun having you along for the first time.

I absolutely love “first looks” – totally changes the pace and feel of the day and everybit as special in my brides opinions as seeing each other at the alter.

Williams kids | [Family] Feb 2010

Post Image

These my very own kids & family are both my toughest clients and my MOST favorite photo subjects at the same time. It’s a weird combonation – it’s a good thing I’m up for a challenge. My daughter is past the halfway point in her 4th year. My son turned 3 the day we took these photos. They didn’t sit still long and it was all I could do to snap a couple with my wife. This shoot made me realize that I don’t take them out nearly enough to shoot with them. I need to do this more often…. fill my walls with their beauty, smiles and energy! a new resolve maybe…. ENJOY.

Cason | [Newborn]

Post Image

My sister Chelsea is one of my biggest fans – and she tells alot of her friends about my photography. Leslie and Kenny came to me that way and wanted a followup newborn session with their son Cason. Cason performed like a champ – and everyone had a good time. Fun of Kenny’s daughter Bree to join in. Thanks guys for allowing me to take your family portrait with Cason!

JJ and Alisa tied the knot in less than perfect weather on the 22nd of Jan of 2010 – my first wedding of 2010. In light of concerns regarding weather all week leading up to the event we weren’t really sure what we were going to get come wedding day. What we got was a boat load of people excited to be there for a wedding. Even the sun made a great appearance for most of the afternoon. The Rain finally caught up with us after the ceremony and forced us to take the family formals inside and cancelled the better part of the Bridal party photos and romantics. We didn’t get the sunset they really wanted but in the end JJ and Alisa were married and off to spend the next 9 days or so in Hawaii – so really nothing was going to dampen their spirits. This is only the beginning of the rest of their lives, besides that they got clever with the “engagement” session and saved it for afterwards which we are now going to make a bridal attire shoot to get great romantics and sunset photos. It’s all good in the end. Check out what we got before the weather turned south ! Special thanks goes out to my 2nd shooter Kelly Hicks [www.kellyhicksblog.com] and most of all to my nevertiresome assistant Stephie Cohn ! Thanks to Alisa and JJ for making me feel like old family at your special day ! Andrew | Senior [PRCA '10]

Post Image

Andrew Haines is a Pusch Ridge Christain Academy baseball teammate to Alec Erceg. (see Alec’s Senior photos – one of my recent other seniors) – Andrew was also an important part of PRCA’s 2009 Baseball state championship. He’s got the ring to prove it and I took the photos ! Andrew’s a 3 sport athlete: Football, Soccer, Baseball. It was clear to me that Baseball was his first love. He’s been playing football and baseball most of his life as shown with some childhood football jerseys in 1 photo. Andrew will enjoy his senior season of baseball before moving on to college next year. He’s considering a wide range of schools all over the country and anyone of them would be LUCKY to have Andrew grace their campus ! Andrew – have a great baseball season and may all your swings head to the fences !
